CAC is offering to all of our clients and low-income families in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody with children ages 5 to 17, the opportunity to participate in CAC Summer Programs for Kids. Children must be registered to participate.
Summer Camps
Scholarships awarded to children of CAC clients to attend overnight or day camps for one week in the summer. Choose from camps in the Atlanta area and beyond to provide meaningful camp experiences for your children.
* Offered to CAC clients only.
* Information and referrals May 1 to June 14
Summer Lunch
Free lunches for children distributed every week during summer vacation.
* Distributed June 1 to August 10
* Make an appointment to receive vouchers Monday-Friday 9:30am - 11:30 am
School Supplies
Children receive a free backpack full of required school supplies per school and grade.
* Distributed August 1 to 10
* Make an appointment beginning July 1
Required Documentation (Please bring with you to your appointment)
* Parents picture ID and children ID (birth certificate, SS)
* Current Lease
* Proof of School Enrollment (report card, ID - name of school, child and date)
* Income Documentation (W2 or current paystub)
