Sandy Springs Connects! Career Expo Connects Workforce and Workplace

The CAC Career Center, together with the City of Sandy Springs and the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber, came together to help almost 200 jobseekers get in front of local employers with great opportunities. Companies ranged in industries, from Northside Hospital and CHOA to State Farm and UPS; all companies brought jobs featuring great salaries, benefits, and room for growth on a career path. Jobseekers were able to skip the online search and get face-to-face with decision-makers in these great companies, facilitating the job search process. At least 5 offers of employment were made on the spot, with companies reporting dozens of qualified candidates working their way through hiring pipelines.
