Dorris is a CPA licensed in the State of Georgia and the retired Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta, Inc. (dba: ClearPoint), a position she held for five years. Prior to joining CCCS she was with Equifax, Inc. for over 30 years in multiple positions with increasing responsibilities from manager to director to controllership roles. Dorris was the U.S. Controller responsible for the accounting operations of four business segments representing $1.2 billion of the company’s revenue and a team of 38 professional accountants and clerical associates. Dorris has worked with the Mission UpReach in Texas and Honduras as Audit Committee Chair, has served as a Grady Ambassador and currently works with the Children’s Education Ministry at North Atlanta Church of Christ. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Accounting and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Mississippi. She is also a graduate of Emory Goizueta Business School Executive Development Consortium and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Dorris has chaired Vintage Affair, CAC’s largest fundraiser and serves on the Finance Committee.
